The virtual sculpture occupies a space with inconsistent rules- gravity chimes in and out randomly and the stretchiness changes over time or in response to how close or far it is to itself. The key aspect is collision; this sculpture constantly collides with but intersects itself, contradicting physical boundaries we take for granted in reality. The only consistent aspect of the sculpture are two constraint points on either side of the center, which become apparent on repeated viewing. How to display sculptures of magnitude is the next question. A post shared by alstr (@alstrmack) on Apr 27, 2020 at 12:37pm PDT < Worldbuilding > Unit1End
